Personal Injury Lawyer – Common Law (Associate, 2+ yrs) Location: Sydney, NSW, AU
Responsibilities
Run your own personal injury files and manage client relationships to obtain justice for plaintiffs in common law claims such as CTP, medical negligence, work injury damages, public liability, and intentional torts.
Handle cases from start to finish in a fast‑paced environment.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years post‑admission personal injury law experience in at least two of: CTP; work injury damages; public/occupiers liability; TPD; medical negligence; intentional torts; abuse.
Proven ability to work independently in a busy environment and manage cases end‑to‑end.
Strong communication, time‑management, and interpersonal skills.
Ambitious, proactive, and eager to advance career within a successful plaintiff firm.
