We're now looking for a switched‐on Service Administrator / Parts Interpreter to join our Proserpine team. This is a role for someone who enjoys structure, variety, and being the quiet engine that keeps a busy workshop running smoothly.
Responsibilities
* Interpreting and supplying parts for retail, internal, and workshop needs.
* Managing job cards, service scheduling, and workflow coordination.
* Ensuring parts are prepped, ordered, and ready before the workshop needs them.
* Supporting customers with transparent, confident communication.
* Keeping systems accurate, tidy, and running like clockwork.
Requirements
* Experience in parts interpreting or service administration.
* Solid attention to detail — you don't let things slip.
* Confident communicator with a calm, capable approach.
* Comfortable juggling priorities in a busy environment.
* Solid computer skills and practical workshop understanding.
* Australian working rights.
* Basic to Intermediate mechanical knowledge for effective parts interpretation and technical understanding.
* Experience in the agricultural sector to support our industry‐specific customer needs would be an advantage.
