FinXL is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to join our consulting team and be deployed with a leading government client on a key transformation engagement. Due to the nature of the project, applicants must hold an active Baseline Clearance.
Responsibilities
* Managing service performance against defined service level agreements (SLAs).
* Acting as a key point of contact for service escalations.
* Overseeing incident, problem, and change management processes.
* Conducting service reviews and providing regular performance reports to stakeholders.
* Identifying and driving continuous improvement (CSI) initiatives.
* Taking ownership of the operational performance of technology services.
* Ensuring all IT services meet quality, performance, and availability expectations.
Key Skills & Experience
* Applicants must hold an active Baseline Clearance
* Proven experience as a Service Delivery Manager working in large, complex environments.
* Demonstrated ability to manage complex service performance metrics.
* Effectively handle escalations from business units.
* Ability to report detailed performance data to senior stakeholders.
* Strong understanding of ITIL principles (implied by responsibilities).
