Job Description
* Oversee the administration of pricing, rebates, and customer claims.
* Review and process customer quotation requests in a timely manner.
* Identify, investigate, and resolve issues relating to pricing, deliveries, and account queries.
* Maintain, update, and manage customer master data records.
* Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives and business projects.
* Provide team support and coverage when needed.
