About the role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our Acai Brothers team in Narre Warren, VIC. As Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, efficient inventory management, and driving sales growth. This is a full-time role that offers ample opportunities for career development within our growing company.
What you'll be doing
* Manage and lead a team of sales associates, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback
* Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed store targets
* Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and merchandising
* Ensure the store maintains high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and customer experience
* Handle customer inquiries, and feedback in a professional and efficient manner
* Analyse store performance data and implement operational improvements
* Collaborate with the Concept Eight management team on strategic initiatives
What we're looking for
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a QSR or Food Service environment.
* Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
* Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
* Proficient in inventory management, budgeting, and financial reporting
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively
* Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment
