Job Description
We are seeking a skilled professional to work effectively as part of our Plant, Fleet and Stores Team. This role involves assisting with the organisation and management of inventory supplies within the store, and storage areas.
This position requires a high level of customer service and satisfaction. The successful applicant will ensure stock levels are maintained, products are stored appropriately, and regular inventory checks are conducted for quality and accuracy.
* Assisting internal stakeholders with order fulfilments, picking, packing and preparing orders for dispatch and or collection.
* Ensuring a high-level of customer service and customer satisfaction. Assisting internal stakeholders' product information and enquiries.
* Assisting order processing and documentation, managing returns and exchanges with internal and external stakeholders.
* Managing the stores warehouse inventory system and functions including stocktaking. Ensure stock levels are relevant to organisational requirements.
