* Manage critical operations and maintenance contract, ensuring compliance and performance.
* Prepare detailed reports for senior leadership, validate contractor claims, calculate payments, and maintain accurate records.
* Support procurement planning cycles by conducting market research, facilitating tender processes, negotiating agreements, and ensuring alignment with organisational values.
* Identify risks within contracts and develop effective mitigation strategies while fostering teamwork across departments.
Key responsibilities include managing the contractual relationship between the organisation and external suppliers, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements, and maintaining accurate financial records. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a dynamic environment, and have experience in contract administration.
