Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced, strategic and highly analytical Management Consultant for Campus Opco Bell Pty Ltd, to work closely with GCPH Hospitality executives to help improve performance, drive sustainable growth, and support executive-level decision-making.
This is a full time and permanent position.
Responsibilities:
* Assist the VP of Operations Australia with the development of objectives, strategies and business plans aimed at improving property-level and group-level performance.
* Develop and present detailed quarterly business review reports incorporating financial performance, ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) outcomes, sustainability indicators, and key property metrics.
* Conduct research and data analysis of domestic and international travel trends, market outlooks, asset performance (including STR data), sociopolitical updates, and local tourism data.
* Direct hotel management towards more efficient organisation and developing solutions to organisational problems in collaboration with hotel teams
* Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs), update operational guidelines, and contribute to the drafting of documentation required for effective and compliant operations.
* Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to GCP Hospitality executives to facilitate data-driven decision-making and investment strategy alignment.
* Support change management activities and liaise with directors and stakeholders to ensure strategic transitions are effectively communicated and executed.
Role Requirements:
* A Master of Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent postgraduate qualification in Business, Management, or a related field
* Has a minimum of 3 years work experience in a relevant position or role.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities, with a demonstrated capacity to assess complex data
* Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines
* Demonstrated understanding of Australian business practices, regulatory frameworks, and market dynamics
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience engaging with senior executives and diverse stakeholder group
* High proficiency in preparing detailed strategic reports, financial performance analysis, and operational documentation

Salary and Packaging: A competitive salary and package is offered. Salary is $90,000-$100,000 per year plus superannuation.
