Job Title: Board and Governance Operations Coordinator
Role Overview
As a key member of our National Office in Sydney, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the smooth operation of board functions. Your exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail will ensure administrative processes run seamlessly, managing complex logistics, coordinating board documentation, and fostering trusted relationships with Directors and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate logistics for Board and Committee meetings, site visits, and events;
* Manage calendars and travel for multiple Board members and the legal team;
* Support onboarding of new Directors, including probity and compliance documentation;
* Review and prepare Board papers for accuracy and compliance;
* Drive process improvements across governance operations;
* Build strong relationships with non-employee stakeholders (Board members);
* Provide executive support to the Group General Counsel and Company Secretary.
Requirements
Requirements include 2+ years experience as a seasoned EA or governance coordinator with experience supporting senior leaders or Boards, excellent organisational skills, confident communication, self-starting ability, comfort working with legal documentation and governance processes, and preferable experience using the Diligent platform.
