Team Introduction
The Multimedia Platform department is mainly responsible for multimedia processing systems, including video transcoding systems, cloud editing systems, and image processing systems. The technology stack involved includes backend services, multimedia engineering, multimedia frameworks, heterogeneous computing, etc. Our platform processes hundreds of millions of videos and tens of billions of pictures every day, strongly supporting TikTok's development. Our vision is to build the best multimedia processing platform and become the leading multimedia engineering architecture team.

Responsibilities
* Participate in developing video computing frameworks to support efficient processing of the company's massive video content and complex business needs.
* Support multimedia-related business requirements across product lines, including image processing, video transcoding, editing, analysis, etc.
* Perform performance analysis and optimization related to video processing.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
* Final year student or recent graduate in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
* Proficient in at least one mainstream programming language such as C, C++, Python, or Go, with excellent coding skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with multimedia technologies like video codecs, detection, and enhancement.
* Experience in media processing framework development.
* Experience in video processing performance optimization.
* Experience in transcoding or computing platform development.
* Positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, meticulous work ethic, and good team communication skills.
