Event Experience Specialist
Are you an event management professional looking for a new challenge? We're seeking an experienced event specialist to lead our customer events, internal celebrations, and incentive experiences. As an event experience specialist, you'll deliver best-in-class events that reinforce our value, build loyalty, and elevate sentiment among customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and execute end-to-end events with autonomy and excellence
* Develop and implement event programs, including customer events, high-end incentive experiences, premium hospitality programs, and internal events
* Manage budgets, contracts, and approvals to ensure timely payments and compliance
* Contribute to strategic planning across the customer experience program
* Produce post-event reporting and ROI analysis with recommendations for future improvements
Requirements:
* 10+ years of experience in event management
* Proven ability to deliver in high-growth, high-performance environments
* Strong project management skills across concept, planning, execution, and evaluation
* Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills at all levels of the business
* Experience delivering large-scale (500+) and international events
