Key Role: Administration Support

Responsibilities include:
* Responding to inquiries and greeting visitors in reception
* Engaging with clients and stakeholders
* Providing support, backup, and undertaking training in business operations
* Following up on outstanding payments via email and phone
* Verifying receipt of payments received
* Setting up new client accounts, amendments, and reviews for existing accounts
* Assisting with daily tasks, including preparation of reports, statements, and notices for management
* Collaborating with suppliers to facilitate price reporting
* Conducting research and data entry
* Performing miscellaneous administrative duties to support the team
Requirements include:
* A willingness to learn, adapt, and show initiative
* Previous office experience ideally in a financial role
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook and Excel
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* High attention to detail and organizational abilities
* Desirable: Understanding of the fresh produce industry
* The role is based at the Melbourne Markets in Epping, Victoria, requiring a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
