* Deliver personalised and professional customer service across cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance.
* Share expert product knowledge to support customers in finding the perfect beauty solutions.
* Assist in maintaining the presentation, cleanliness, and stock levels of the Beauty Hall.
* Support promotional events, product launches, and in-store activations.
* Build lasting client relationships through follow-up service and loyalty programs (e.g., MYER one).
* Collaborate with team members and brand representatives to achieve shared goals.
* Stay updated with beauty trends, product training, and brand knowledge.
* Ensure compliance with MYER standards, policies, and procedures.
