**Who You Will Work With**
At R.M.Williams, you'll collaborate with a dynamic team of retail professionals, Store Managers, and Senior Retail Management. You'll also partner with various departments including Brand Environments, Training, and People and Culture to drive sales, enhance customer experience, and foster team development across a portfolio of up to 10 stores.
**What You Will Work On**
- **Sales and Profitability**: Lead and coach store managers to meet sales targets, conduct business reviews, and develop strategies for increasing profitability.
- **Customer Acquisition and Retention**: Analyse customer profiles, monitor market trends, implement in-store events to drive sales while maintaining best in class service standards.
- **Store Operations**: Ensure compliance with company policies, visual merchandising standards, manage inventory, and support Store Managers to achieve operational excellence.
- **Team Management**: Recruit, address training needs and develop strong store management teams, and foster a positive employee experience.
- **Business Development**: Oversee store set-up and refurbishment projects.
