* The role of QHSE Officer focuses on promoting safety management systems and culture, conducting ISM/ISO audits and safety inspections, and leading incident investigations in a dynamic marine environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Advise on the development and implementation of effective safety management systems.
* Conduct regular ISM/ISO audits and safety inspections to identify areas for improvement.
* Lead incident investigations to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
Requirements:
* Postgraduate degree in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent qualification.
* Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (HLTAID009) certification or higher level.
* Experience with ISO and ISM Code auditing or willingness to obtain certification.
* Proficiency in leading ICAM Accident and Incident Investigation techniques.
* Relevant industry experience.
