* Advise the executive team on key HR matters.
* Develop and implement cutting-edge HR strategies, frameworks, and initiatives.
* Mentor and coach operational leaders, including first-time managers.
* Lead employee and industrial relations, workplace health and safety, and compliance.
* Oversee recruitment, talent management, engagement, and performance.
* Direct a high-performing HR team and drive continuous improvement.
Your Expertise
* 8-10+ years in senior or executive HR leadership.
* Strong knowledge of employment relations, labour law, occupational health and safety, and cultural transformation.
* Proven ability to navigate complex, multi-site environments.
* Commercially astute, hands-on, and solution-focused.
* Experience in healthcare, professional services, or similar sectors is highly regarded.
