Job Description

We are seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Officer to join our team at the paranaple arts centre. This role would be perfect for someone passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and promoting local tourism and cultural activities.


This role involves providing friendly and professional customer service to visitors and patrons, selling tourism products, tickets, and retail items, supporting box office operations including bookings and ticketing, promoting exhibitions programs as well as cultural events.



Key Responsibilities:


* Provide friendly and professional customer service to visitors

* Sell tourism products tickets retail items

* Support box office operations bookings ticketing promotions


The incumbent will work 30 hours per fortnight working a shared/split roster including weekend work with hours generally being 9:00am – 2:30pm with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break except on Wednesdays Saturdays when they will start at 8:45am ending at 2:15pm Schedule follows Week one Wednesday Friday Saturday; Week two Monday Wednesday Thursday
