If you’re looking for a role that blends leadership, impact, and purpose, this is it.About The RoleThe House Manager Intensive Therapeutic Care is responsible for the delivery of high quality services, care and support that promotes the emotional, social and behavioural needs of vulnerable young people within Intensive Therapeutic Care.This position works within a trauma informed therapeutic framework and is responsible for the leadership, supervision, support and development of the Intensive Therapeutic Care staff.The House Manager works closely with the Therapeutic Specialist, Caseworker and other Intensive Therapeutic Care staff to provide high quality therapeutic care and assist young people to heal from trauma and achieve their full potential.This is a Permanent Full-time opportunity based in Grafton, NSW within the Intensive Therapeutic Care program. This role reports to the ITC Coordinator.Key Selection CriteriaTo be successful in this role, you will have:Bachelor’s Degree level in social work, community services, management or relevant field.Aboriginal staff, a qualification is desirable but experience and willingness to participate in training is acceptableUnderstanding of child protection and statutory child protection frameworksProven leadership skills and demonstrated experience in the supervision of staff;Demonstrated skills and experience in program management, service development and review and experience in delivering positive outcomes for vulnerable young people and their familiesWhat We OfferA great opportunity to join a leading provider of community and family services.
