Key responsibilities will include:
* Providing face-to-face and over-the-phone support to clients
* Conducting everyday administrative tasks at the clinic
* Performing maintenance and repair of hearing aids and Cochlear Implants (training provided)
* Processing payment and HSP claims
* Managing diaries for clinicians
* Following up with clients via phone calls
* Cochlear implant switch-on and mapping
* Negotiating relationships with manufacturers
* Handling accounts for the clinic and Aged A/R Report
