Due to expanding market opportunities, we are looking for a Service Engineer responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services for products and systems, ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively.
The role involves working on HV Systems and Service projects across Thailand, Malaysia, Myanmar, Laos, and Cambodia.LET'S TALK ABOUT YOU - Your ProfileBachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Power EngineeringCertified Associate Level Electrical Engineer (advantageous)3 to 5 years of experience in high voltage systems and solutions (e.g., GIS, AIS, Power Transformer, Circuit Breaker, Disconnector, Surge Arrester, and SCADA systems)Good command of English, both written & spokenProficiency in MS Office applications and precision measuring toolsFlexibility and willingness to participate in international projects for a certain periodAccurate and quality-focused management of project timelines and deliverablesFull working rights in Thailand and ability to travelWhat part will you play?Controlling and evaluating project progress; reporting to the project managerCoordinating all activities of suppliers and subcontractorsPerforming quality checks/inspections to ensure assembly work meets requirementsCoordinating technical support with internal and external partnersAssisting in report generation and NCC-reporting to the project managerEnsuring corrective and preventive actions are implementedOrganizing, compiling, submitting, and controlling technical documentsAssisting project manager in risk analysisAdditional ResponsibilitiesInstallation and configuration of equipment and systems at customer sitesRoutine maintenance and repairs, diagnosing issues, and minimizing downtimeProviding on-site and remote technical supportAnalyzing and troubleshooting technical problemsEducating customers on equipment use and maintenanceMaintaining accurate service recordsCollaborating with sales and engineering teams for feedback and improvementsEnsuring safety compliance and maintaining a safe working environmentTraveling to customer sites as requiredQualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering or related field2+ years of experience in service engineering or related rolesProficiency in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systemsStrong customer service and communication skillsExcellent problem-solving and organizational skillsWillingness to travel and adapt to various working environments
