Receptionist with a focus on Customer Service

We are looking for a passionate Receptionist with a focus on Customer Service to join our team of 14 You will primarily be working alongside the front of house team which includes Will our general manager as well as Sophie, Heaven, Kylie and Clarice who are all part of our reception team. You would be working between our 2 thriving clinics in Sippy Downs and Woombye.
As a member of our reception team, you will play a vital role in ensuring each client receives a warm, positive, and seamless experience from the first moment they make contact with our clinics.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet and assist clients with a friendly, approachable demeanour.
* Schedule appointments and manage client bookings efficiently.
* Answer questions and provide accurate information about our services.
* Handle inquiries and resolve client concerns with professionalism and empathy.
* Maintain a clean, welcoming reception area.
* Collaborate with the podiatry team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Experience:
* Exceptional communication skills with a positive, can-do attitude.
* Previous customer service experience (experience in healthcare or wellness is a plus).
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
* Enthusiasm for delivering outstanding client service.
* Confidence with computers and using technology- training in practice management systems and software provided.
