Workforce Resourcing Project Lead
This role involves devising and coordinating the Office for Early Childhood Development's workforce resourcing plan, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and government policy. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment plans and programs, as well as streamlining end-to-end human resource processes and practices.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resource management, with expert knowledge of South Australian public sector policies and practices. They will also bring experience in project management, business improvement, and HR systems development, alongside the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive Recruitment Strategy: Devise and coordinate the Office for Early Childhood Development's workforce resourcing plan, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and government policy.
* Optimise HR Processes: Analyse and improve the end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and best practices are followed.
* Collaborate for Success: Foster strong relationships across the business, ensuring proactive planning, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
* Cultural Safety & Diversity: Apply your expertise to embed Aboriginal cultural safety, inclusive and diverse work practices.
* Expert Advice & Reporting: Provide strategic advice and regular progress reports to the Executive Leadership Team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
