About this role:
We are seeking a skilled Plant Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations group, you will be responsible for safely operating machinery and equipment used in the plant.
Key responsibilities:
* Safely operate bagging machines, forklifts, and wheel loaders to ensure efficient production processes
* Monitor equipment performance and perform routine maintenance tasks as required
* Collaborate with colleagues to optimize production and minimize downtime
* Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and production output
* Support other operational activities as needed
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar manufacturing environment
* Strong work ethic and ability to troubleshoot issues
* Commitment to safety and proven track record of safe practices
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Valid driver's license and high-risk work licenses (e.g., forklift, excavator)
