We are seeking an experienced commercial lawyer to manage a diverse range of matters, including strategic advice, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, and handling disputes.
* Manage a diverse range of commercial law matters, including general counsel, corporate commercial, property, and litigation.
* Act as a trusted advisor on strategic, legal, and day-to-day business matters.
* Draft and negotiate commercial contracts, shareholder agreements, and transactions.
* Provide guidance on governance, compliance, risk, and corporate policies.
