Council is seeking applications from enthusiastic motivated individuals for the following position.
PLANT OPERATOR – PARKS & GARDENS x 3
(Permanent)
The role of the Plant Operator Parks & Gardens is to maintain a neat and high standard of appearance of gardens and lawns in a safe efficient manner, together with providing gardening labouring skills as required and to operate and carry out pre start checks of plant and machinery plus ensuring all scheduled servicing is booked in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
The successful applicant must hold a current Australian MR driver licence and a General Construction Induction Training certificate (GIT or white card). Please include copies of all relevant licenses and qualifications with your application.
Hours of work:
38 hours per week.
Salary and conditions:
The commencement annual rate is $62,493.60 to $68, Grade 6). Rostered day off once a fortnight plus superannuation.
