Main Responsibilities
* Lead, manage, and oversee all food and beverage operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
* Develop and implement strategies to maximise bar sales and profitability
* Roster and manage bar staff, providing training and development opportunities
* Maintain a high level of stock control and inventory management
* Ensure compliance with all relevant liquor licensing laws and regulations
* Contribute to the overall success and growth of the club
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the food and beverage department
* Ensure outstanding service delivery across all catering, bar, and event functions
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
* Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner
* Ensure day-to-day operations align with our brand standards, delivering an outstanding experience to members and guests
* Assist in staff rostering and develop training plans to promote continuous improvement
* Promote, take enquiries for, and coordinate functions
* Work closely with the Operations Manager to support club objectives
About You
* Proven success in a food and beverage team leader role
* Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Knowledge of budgeting, inventory management, and industry regulations
* Passion for hospitality and commitment to delivering high-quality service
* 2–3 years of leadership experience, preferably in a club or high-end hotel environment in a similar Bar Manager or senior hospitality role
* Strong customer service orientation with the ability to deliver exceptional experiences
* Excellent time management and organisational skills
* Exceptional presentation and grooming standards
* Full working rights in Australia and WA Approved Manager accreditation
