Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Coordinator to join our collaborative Global business team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the achievement of corporate objectives by collaborating with various leaders within the organization.


About the Role

As an HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for building strong relationships across the business and assisting with the full employee life cycle, including employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and HR projects. Our business is committed to further developing its employees and supporting their career growth from day one.


Key Responsibilities

* Assisting with employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and HR projects


Requirements

1. Proven experience in a similar HR position
2. Exposure to Employee Relations and performance management
3. Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
