**Overview**
The Patient Administration Service (PAS) LHN Sunrise/EMR Lead works as part of a team with other YNLHN EMR Project team members and staff to ensure successful adoption and improvement of the EMR and other Digital Health platforms. The Patient Administration Service (PAS) LHN Sunrise/EMR Lead will be accountable for taking a leadership role in the adoption and implementation of Sunrise/EMR liaising closely and regularly with staff working in patient administration environments across YNLHN.
The position will be responsible for distribution of information regarding EMR PAS changes or updates, monitoring PAS issues logged and follow up for updates as needed, deliver training on an adhoc basis to administrative staff, oversee the follow up/actioning of universal billing errors by administrative staff and actively participate in all YNLHN EMR PAS related meetings as the PAS Administration representative.
