We are looking for aSalesManagerto strengthen our ambitious sales team working in Sydney, Australia. You will work with one of the leadingnetworkingsolutions in the world and develop your B2B salesexpertiseby expandingTeltonika'spresence in theAustralianmarket.

Teltonika'snetworking solutions business unitdevelops and manufactures industrial and enterprise connectivity equipment, primarily routers, switches, gateways, and modems. Our networking devices serve clients in the most complex areas of Industry 4.0, Smart City, and Green Energy.

Teltonikaprovides an opportunity for every ambitious sales professionalto improve their sales skills, developcomprehensive product knowledge, and generate considerable earnings while expanding B2B opportunitiesin themarket.

In this role you will:

* Identifymarket potential in sectors such as government projects, mining, and industrial automation
* Reach out to new potential clients through cold calling, email, and LinkedIn communication
* Generate new leads through proactive prospecting and CRM management
* Prepare commercial offers and ensure contracts are signed to achieve assigned sales goals
* Build andmaintainlong-term relationships with customers through frequent communication and visits
* RepresentTeltonikaat exhibitions, conferences, and client meetings
* Collaborate with product specialists and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions

What we expect of you:

* Professional English language skills (spoken and written)
* Minimum2years of experience in B2B IoT hardware or industrial networking sales
* Assertive, results-driven sales professional with a hunter mindset and proven experience in leadgenerationand cold calling
* Independent and self-driven, with the ability to manage sales activities autonomously across long sales cycles.
* Familiarity with CRM systems such asSalesforce or Zoho
