This is a full-time, hybrid and permanent role based in Melbourne.
The Learning Innovation & Solutions Lead applies learning expertise and business knowledge to develop and achieve innovative and effective learning content to improve outcomes.
The Role:
Reporting to the Head of Learning Innovation & Solutions, you will:
- Understand Learning Needs and Design Innovative Learning Solutions.
- Partner with Learning team to create scalable solutions that can be used across the Enterprise.
- Use vendor relationships and solutions that are impactful.
- Evaluate and respond to Learning Program Effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback mechanisms and work with the team to improve on learning solutions.
Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Human Resources, or related field.
- 5years of experience in learning and development, instructional design, or related roles.
- Demonstrated ability to deploy innovative/state-of-the-art learning solutions.
- Experience designing a variety of learning modalities, including e-learning, instructor-led training, and virtual instructor-led training.
