*About the Role*
As Assistant Director, you will support the Centre Director in managing the daily operations of the Centre, ensuring compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and fostering a positive, nurturing environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Assisting with leadership and guidance of educators to deliver engaging programs.
* Supporting the Centre Director with compliance, administration, and operational tasks.
* Building strong and respectful relationships with children, families, and staff.
* Stepping into the Centre Director role when required.
* Promoting a culture of continuous improvement, inclusivity, and quality care.
*About You*
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* ACECQA-approved Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education.
* Previous experience in a leadership or 2IC role within Early Childhood.
* Sound knowledge of the National Quality Standards and Early Years Learning Framework.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and support a team.
* A passion for creating safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environments.
