Deliver high-level support and project work as a key player in our engineering team.
Work across a mix of remote and onsite engagements with scope to shape outcomes and contribute ideas alongside senior peers.
Provide Level 2 and 3 support across a range of technologies, managing issues onsite and remotely for clients across Melbourne.
Play a hands-on role in systems upgrades, migrations, and project deployments.
Support and mentor junior technicians as required.
Document processes, configurations, and best practices.
Built trusted relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
Liaise with vendors and service providers to deliver seamless outcomes.
Key Requirements:
* At least 5 years' experience in a senior technical support or systems admin role.
* Proven experience in an MSP or fast-paced, multi-client environment.
* Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server, AD, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
* Strong experience with Intune, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Exchange.
* Proficiency in virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware) and backup systems.
* Understanding of networking fundamentals (VLANs, VPNs, WatchGuard/firewalls preferred).
* High-level troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
* Excellent communication skills—you're comfortable talking to business and tech stakeholders.
* Ability to work independently, juggle priorities, and follow through.
* Experience designing and delivering Microsoft Modern Workplace solutions.
* Exposure to WatchGuard and other enterprise-grade security solutions.
