We are seeking a skilled and motivated Jet Ski Mechanic to join our dynamic team and ensure our fleet is maintained to the highest standard of performance and safety. Key Responsibilities
* Conduct routine servicing, inspections, and preventative maintenance of jet skis.
* Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and pump/fuel system faults.
* Carry out rebuilds and component replacements as required.
* Ensure all equipment meets strict safety and compliance standards.
* Maintain accurate service and repair records.
* Work efficiently within a busy marine workshop environment.
* Collaborate with the operations team to minimise downtime and maximise fleet readiness.
Requirements
* Previous experience as a Marine Mechanic, or Light/Heavy Vehicle Mechanic with transferable skills.
* Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability.
* High level of initiative and ability to work independently under pressure.
* Excellent time management and attention to detail.
* Physically fit and capable of handling the demands of marine servicing.
* Team player with a positive, professional attitude.
Mandatory Licences & Certifications
* Current Driver’s Licence.
* PWC Licence or Coxswain (or willingness to obtain).
* First Aid + CPR (or willingness to obtain).
Qualifications
* Certificate III in Marine Mechanical Technology (or equivalent trade qualification) preferred.
* Apprentices with relevant mechanical training will be considered.
