We are seeking a seasoned Financial Operations Leader to spearhead our financial and accounting efforts. This is a hands-on role with exposure to payroll, compliance, financial forecasting and integrated digital systems.
Key responsibilities include determining strategic budgetary plans, providing timely financial insights, coordinating accounting processes, and delivering long-range profit forecasts. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of taxation laws and labor regulations.
The ideal candidate will be proficient in cloud-based accounting software and have working knowledge of time-tracking systems. A degree or diploma in Accounting or Finance is required, along with excellent organizational and communication skills.
