Who we are seeking
An experienced and passionate Stores Supervisor to join our Kitchen Stores Team at Ayers Rock Resort who has;
* A valid Open Australian Drivers Licence (with the ability to convert to NT)
* Forklift Licence (or willingness to obtain)
* Previous experience in stores/warehouse or hospitality stock control
* Ability to handle the physical demands of the job, including standing for long periods and lifting heavy items.
* Knowledge of inventory systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar)
* Understanding of HACCP and food handling standards
* Experience working a team leader or supervisory role
About the role
In this role you will ensure efficient delivery and management of food and beverage items, maintenance items and other general items within the zone, and to support the Stores Manager.
The key duties to be performed are:
* Provide support to the Stores Manager
* Ensure efficient stock rotation and record keeping of all items stored in the zone
* Maintain correct transferring within the cost centres
* Set an example of professional behaviours, including presentation and conduct, for all team member to follow.
Full time Position Available| $30.80 per hour (plus superannuation)
