Job Title
This is a senior management role in the area of Outside School Hours Care (OSHC), responsible for leading and managing a key cluster of teams.
The ideal candidate will have past people management experience in child care, with demonstrated area management or remote team management experience being favourable.

Role Responsibilities
1. Build & maintain excellent relationships with educators, principals, school staff, parents, regulatory authorities and suppliers.
2. Business management and analysis.
3. Lead and manage a key cluster of OSHC teams.
4. Oversee all aspects of service management including staff management, program design support, business management, and motivating and managing service teams.
5. Conduct Educator appraisals.
6. Prepare and support educators for Assessment and Rating reviews.
7. Monthly rostering and reporting.

Requirements
* Past people management experience in child care is highly regarded.
* Demonstrated area management or remote team management experience is advantageous.
* Demonstrated ability to build and maintain excellent business relationships internally and externally.
* Proven past success in business management in any sector with the ability to demonstrate measurable outcomes.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential.
* Current WA, VIC and SA Working with Children's checks, First Aid 004 and relevant state required Child Protection Training or willingness to obtain.
* Current drivers' licence and own car (travel allowance provided).
* Completed a Diploma or above in Child Care, Education, Community Services, or equivalent, or be willing to obtain.
