**BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION TRAINEE**
**Job Purpose**:
As the Business Administration Trainee you must be willing to undertake a Certificate III in Business Administration. You will provide day to day administrative support and customer service through reception and other administrative tasks to support the wider Pro Plumbing team. This role would be best suited to some one wanting to make a fresh start in the administrative profession, Or a junior with prior experience looking to upskill.
**Job Duties**:
- Customer service & Reception
- Recording and invoicing incoming orders
- Data Entry
- Scanning & Filling
- Monitoring company inbox
- Ad-Hoc Administration
- Provide support to senior team members
**Job Skills and Qualifications**:
General computer skills & knowledge, customer service experience, reliable, attention to detail, excellent written and oral communication, ability to stay calm under pressure and multi task, a positive attitude and willingness to learn
**Salary**: $48,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
