About the Role
We have a permanent opportunity for a Heavy Diesel Mechanic to support the service, repair, and inspection of drilling and well servicing rigs, operational equipment, vehicles, and trailers.
This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, with opportunities for overtime. You will work in an exciting environment and have access to ongoing training and development to support your career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Servicing, repairing, and manufacturing of new and rebuilt drilling/well servicing rigs
* Refurbishment and assembly of oil and gas equipment
* Service and repairs of vehicles and trailers (transport and earthmoving equipment)
* Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and schematics
* Producing high-quality work
* General housekeeping of work area and equipment

About You:
* Experience with CAT equipment is preferable
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics
* Good understanding of pneumatics and hydraulics
* We are open to looking at Light Vehicle Mechanics with Heavy Diesel experience or 4th-year apprentices looking to enter the Oil and Gas industry
