We are seeking a proactive and customer‐focused Customer Service Officer to join the Head Office team. This role plays a key part in supporting the wholesale and retail customers while working closely with Sales Representatives and Warehouse Teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and exceptional service delivery. This position combines hands‐on customer service with sales administration support, contributing to the efficient day‐to‐day operations of the business.
Key Responsibilities: Customer Service & Order Processing
* Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email
* Assist with order placement, stock availability, product information, deliveries, returns and credit notes
* Accurately process and track orders using SalesNet & AP21
* Escalate complex enquiries to the Customer Service Manager as required
* Maintain up‐to‐date knowledge of product ranges, promotions and seasonal launches
Internal Collaboration
* Liaise with Sales Representatives regarding customer requirements and delivery schedules
* Work closely with the Warehouse Team to monitor pick/pack progress and dispatch details
* Communicate urgent order changes to relevant stakeholdersShare customer feedback insights to support sales and product teams
Sales & Administrative Support
* Assist customers with Image Gallery access and SalesNet troubleshooting
* Support seasonal and stockline order form updates
* Assist with range book proofing and distribution
* Maintain seasonal and stockline showrooms
* Provide administrative support to Representatives and Buying Groups
* Facilitate customer service surveys
About You:
* 1–2 years' experience in a office‐based customer service role
* Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel & Word)
* Experience with Adobe Suite highly regarded
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Professional, friendly and customer‐focused
* Able to multitask and prioritise effectively
* A collaborative team player who can also work autonomously
* Proactive, reliable and eager to learn
