About the role
Reporting to the Director, Safety, Sustainability and Risk, the Group Risk Manager is responsible for overall risk management across the group. This newly created role will develop and implement the Risk Management Framework, driving a culture of compliance and risk best practice. The position will set the business's risk appetite, prepare risk registers and treatment plans, and conduct corporate risk reporting for the Board and Senior Executive level. The Group Risk Manager will also facilitate risk management workshops across the organisation, including within subsidiary businesses.
About you
You have significant senior leadership experience in risk management ideally within an ASX listed environment. Your background includes developing and implementing corporate Risk Management Frameworks, encompassing policies, procedures, assessments, and reports. You possess a comprehensive understanding of corporate compliance and financial, commercial, and operational risks, supported by a relevant tertiary qualification. With strong communication skills and experience presenting at Board and Senior Executive level, you are able to work flexibly across different time zones and are willing to travel internationally.
