**About the Role**:
Stradbroke Island Tours is seeking a passionate and reliable **casual tour guide** to lead full-day eco tours to North Stradbroke Island. You'll guide small groups through stunning coastal landscapes, share knowledge about local wildlife and Indigenous culture, and ensure every guest has a safe, enjoyable and memorable day.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Drive and guide small-group day tours from Brisbane to North Stradbroke Island
- Lead walks, spot wildlife (kangaroos, koalas, dolphins, turtles, whales in season)
- Share engaging commentary about nature, culture, and sustainability
- Assist with ferry logistics, lunch coordination, guest safety, and satisfaction
- Post 2-3 highlights to social media stories during the day
- Encourage guests to leave reviews
- Complete end-of-day vehicle and paperwork tasks
**Requirements**:
- Full QLD Driver's Licence (clean record)
- Driver Authorisation (DA) or willingness to obtain
- First Aid Certificate (or willingness to complete)
- Must have Australian working rights
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Friendly, flexible, and confident leading groups
- Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet
- Mandarin language highly regarded (but not required)

**Job Type**: Casual
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 11.25 - 22.5 per week
