About the Position
In terms of food, Wests New Lambton Restaurants are home to incredible dining options including Chophouse Grill, Emerald Gardens, Chocolate Café, and Breakfast on the Terrace.
Chophouse Grill – For those big, meaty American flavours cooked to perfection, dine at Chophouse Grill.
Emerald Gardens – Wander through the beautiful brass gates and discover a world of authentic Asian cuisine.
Chocolate Café – Perfectly situated amongst our restaurants, the Chocolate Café is perfect for a little trip to chocolate heaven.
Breakfast on the Terrace – Enjoy a delicious breakfast spread of assorted healthy options to kick start your day.
We are seeking a casual Breakfast Attendant for our front of house operations. As a Breakfast Attendant, your duties include, but are not be limited to:
* Providing friendly customer service to our hotel guests.
* Table service, taking orders and answering any menu queries.
* Preparation of coffees and hot beverages.
* High level food delivery.
* Operation of tills and cash handling.
* Clearing tables and cleaning duties.
This casual position will require availability for a variety of shifts across a 7-day roster. Availability on weekends and during seasonal peaks (summer, public holidays, and school holiday periods) is essential.
Certifications required: RSA.
About You
We are seeking passionate Food and Beverage staff with table service experience gained within a restaurant environment. Good knowledge and experience barista experience in a restaurant or café setting will be highly regarded. You will have exceptional customer service skills, a positive and enthusiastic attitude, and the ability to retain your high standards in a busy position.
