Responsibilities
* Provide domestic assistance to Home Care clients to support independent living at home, including cleaning and laundry
* Collaborate with the dedicated service team to ensure consistent care and support
What you'll bring
* You're reliable, resilient and have a whole lot of heart. You are genuinely interested in supporting others and making a difference in your community
* To thrive in this role, you will have:
o Certificate III in Home or Aged Care is advantageous, but not essential
o Passion about helping people in your community, with strong relationship building, time management and budget management skills
o Previous case management experience as well as relevant qualifications
o Current Victorian Drivers Licence
o Strong communication and organisational skills
o A safe, sensible approach with a practical understanding of people\'s physical limitations
o The ability to be flexible and adapt to meet clients\' individual needs
Desirable
* A current Police Record Check and Working with Children Check
* Proof of current influenza vaccination
