Responsibilities
Lead briefings, support the kitchen team, manage event flow, and keep leadership aligned.
Inspire your team, welcome new talent, shape menus with smart costing, and ensure cross-department communication.
Deliver fast, safe, and tailored service—address guest dietary needs with confidence and care.
Maintain professional appearance, uphold hygiene standards, and champion quality at every step.
Monitor waste and advocate Hilton's "Travel with Purpose" by refusing, reducing, reusing, and recycling as a sustainability performer.
About You
Have at least 12 months of full Australian Working rights (sponsorship is not offered).
Physically based in the Perth Metropolitan Area or willing to relocate (no relocation allowance provided).
Experience as a CDP with hotel experience; seeking the next step in your culinary journey.
Flexible availability for weekends and evenings; able to start immediately.
