Customer Identity and Access Management Job
We are seeking a highly skilled
Product Manager
to lead our Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) team.
As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for setting the product direction for CIAM, aligning business objectives, security and compliance needs, and customer experience.
Key responsibilities include:
Transforming Octopus's Access Management capabilities across Octopus Cloud and Octopus Self-host
Driving enterprise-ready capabilities such as SSO, SAML, SCIM, etc.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to shape solutions and take them to market
Required skills and qualifications:
Experience in identity and access management space
Worked on an Enterprise/B2B SaaS product supporting complex requirements like compliance policies, DLP, and role-based access
Comfortable managing a technical product, including balance of aspects such as user experience, security, and scalability
Highly collaborative approach and creates alignment within organisation across decision-makers, influencers and peers
Represents product, always looking for opportunities to improve engagement and support customer success
