About The Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Employment Preparation Team on a full-time basis, offering a consistent and supportive work schedule from Monday to Friday during business hours.
The successful candidate will work as part of the First Contact Employment Preparation Team to support individuals with disabilities in developing real-world job skills, building confidence, and taking meaningful steps towards employment.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include
* Delivering youth employment courses and training
* Providing designated Australian Disability Enterprises employee support
* Youth employment placement support
* Sourcing youth employment voluntary work placements
* Attending marketing expos to promote our programs
* Creating and supporting youth employment goal and action plans
* Keeping families informed of goal progress
