As part of our Digital Engineering and Experience Team, you will provide technical leadership across the Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365, SharePoint, and other enterprise SaaS environments. You’ll play a key role in creating secure, scalable, and integrated digital solutions that support our Digital Strategy 2025–2029 and enable a connected, customer-focused organisation.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, partnering with business teams, and delivering meaningful digital improvements that make a real impact.

Integrate Microsoft 365 and enterprise SaaS platforms using APIs, connectors, and middleware to support seamless data flow and unified processes.

Ensure all digital solutions are secure, compliant, and aligned with enterprise architecture, contributing to governance, lifecycle management, and best‑practice development standards.

We are looking for a forward‑thinking person who thrives on solving complex problems and driving meaningful digital transformation. You’re passionate about delivering user‑centred solutions that enhance efficiency and customer experience across diverse teams.

You excel at collaborating with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders to translate business needs into practical outcomes. You bring strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.

You understand the importance of cloud security, governance, and compliance, not just from a technical perspective, but as part of creating trustworthy and sustainable digital services.

Experience working in collaborative, purpose‑driven environments, especially within government or regulated sectors, is highly valued. You are eager to grow, share knowledge, and contribute to building a positive, innovative digital culture.

Above all, you are motivated by making a tangible impact through digital innovation and are excited to be part of a team shaping the future of Council services.

Specifically, you will bring:

Degree‑level qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent industry experience.

Proven experience in Power Platform solution design and development (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Pages).

Demonstrated experience using CI/CD pipelines, source control, and application lifecycle management (ALM) for Power Platform or Dynamics.

Strong background in Dynamics 365 or Salesforce (configuration, customisation, and extension).

Experience integrating SaaS platforms (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow) with Microsoft 365 and Azure.
