The Role
This is a fast paced role supporting offering a chance to work with some of Sydney’s most prestigious and newly built properties. As the new High End Leasing Consultant, you will need to have the ability to provide a six star service that is above & beyond their high profile clients expectations.
Responsibilities
* Handling & addressing rental enquiries via email and phone
* Conducting open homes and open for inspections
* Diary Management
* Preparing lease sign ups and lease packs
* Reference checking
* Reviewing application forms
* Ad hoc administration duties
The Successful Candidate
* Previous leasing experience in Real Estate
* Knowledge of RE programs
* A current Certificate of Registration, own car and driver’s license
* Excellent computer skills and strong communication
* A self starter and office motivator
* Highly organized
* The ability to think outside the square
