We are excited to announce a full‐time Storeperson opportunity to join our Distribution Centre team in Invermay, TAS!
Responsibilities
* Review delivery documentation and verify orders before departure and upon arrival to ensure all items are complete, correctly packed, and damage‐free.
* Safely load and unload goods from the delivery vehicle using appropriate equipment and techniques to minimise risk and ensure efficiency.
* Pick and pack customer orders accurately according to packing slips or digital systems, ensuring items are securely and correctly packed for delivery or dispatch.
* Receive incoming stock and deliveries, confirming quantities, and entering stock into inventory systems.
* Prepare and dispatch outgoing goods, including labelling, documentation, and coordination with logistics providers to ensure timely and accurate shipment.
What you will bring
* Valid Tasmanian Driver's Licence (essential).
* Valid Forklift Licence (essential).
* Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and take initiative.
* Good written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with team members and customers.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‐paced environment.
* High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
* Previous experience in a warehousing or logistics environment (preferred).
* Background or interest in the automotive industry (desirable).
