**Recruitment & Talent Management**
- Manage all stages of the recruitment lifecycle for Retail
- lodging and managing SEEK adverts through Live Hire
- Assisting in onboarding and off boarding process
- Organizing & managing psychometric profiling when required
- Review and benchmark salary offers and consult with Brand Managers and leadership Team when appropriate
- Managing onboarding HRIS life cycle through Flare to payroll
- Review the ANZ Retail HC plan and manage Retail Organizational Chart by brand
- Ensure timely distribution of employment-related correspondence via Flare whilst always
- Adhere to Payroll deadlines
- Assist Managers in identifying top talent, and coach Managers on succession planning
- Coordinate and collaborate with external payroll function (TA shared service) to ensure compliance.
**People Partner Support & Relationships**
- Understand Tapestry Culture, the business practices, policies, roles and responsibilities, and people to ensure optimal HR support to the business
- Partner closely with Head of HR & Assistant HR Manager to ensure HR goals and objectives are clear and consistent with business objectives;
- Foster relationships built on respect and trust to ensure HR has a respected voice and brand with all areas across Tapestry ANZ and global partners
- Support corporate initiatives (e.g. employee survey) and the analysis of key metrics (e.g. turnover); partner with Assistant HR Manager and other COE to analyze the data and develop solution as appropriate

**What we are looking for**:
- Bachelors degree with 2 years' experience in Human Resources** **field with emphasis of 12 months plus in recruitment, ideally retail (previous retail business experience is desirable)
- Passion for people and all facets of HR
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence whilst maintaining confidentiality.
- Creative problem solving with strong business acumen and solid thought process
- Ability to interact with employees at all levels
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to independently manage priorities and multi-task
- Tech savvy with a keen eye for detail
